How to Make MEATBALLS

*WARNING: The following is my self made recipe. I have read a lot of different meatball recipes and decided to divert a little from the usual. Fortunately, my recipe is a success (in my opinion). FOLLOW AT YOUR OWN RISK :)

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 k of ground pork
1/2 k of ground beef
3 eggs
1 cup of bread crumbs
1/2 cup of minced fresh parsley
1/2 head (bulb) of garlic 
1 onion 
1 tbsp of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper 
1 tbsp of garlic powder
1 cup of grated cheese (cheddar/parmesan)

PROCEDURE:
Mix the pork, beef, bread crumbs, parsley, chopped garlic and onion, and grated cheese into a bowl. While mixing, add the eggs one at a time. Sprinkle the salt, pepper and garlic powder as you mix so it will be evenly seasoned. Put the mixture into the fridge for not less than 4 hours.
Form the mixture into balls and fry it in a pan.
